The Bavella massif is a key location for granite rock climbing. It has become an unmissable destination for multi-pitch route climbers.
We have selected 150 routes from the hundreds that have been climbed on these needles. Our selection covers all difficulties and all styles, ranging from trad to entirely bolted routes.
The richness of Bavella is also expressed in the incredible diversity of geological structures. For a long time, the reputation of the massif focused on tafoni and slab climbs. But this is now changing and more and more crack routes are coming to light.

In this book, you will of course find the must-do routes, the classic climbs, but also recent, intriguing routes and rediscovered gems. In addition, you will find many extra anecdotes, portraits of members of the climbing scene, historical information, etc., that transform this book into something more than just a guidebook.
